Freedom

Freedom

The bald eagle was chosen June 20, 1782 as the emblem of the
United States of American, because of its long life, great strength
and majestic looks. The eagle represents freedom. Living as he
does on the tops of lofty mountains, amid the solitary grandeur
of Nature, he has unlimited freedom, whether with strong
pinions he sweeps into the valleys below, or upward into
the boundless spaces beyond.

Think Pink

Friendship

Some people came into our lives and quickly go away.
Some people move our souls to dance. They awaken us to a new understanding
with the passing whisper of their wisdom. Some people make the sky more
beautiful to gaze upon. They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never, ever the same.

“A single rose can be my garden...a single friend, my world.”

On a very cold, snowy Sunday in February, only the pastor and one farmer arrived at the village church. The pastor said, "Well, I guess we won't have a service today." The farmer replied: "Pastor, even if only one cow shows up at feeding time, I feed it."
